Our association for plastics and rubber machinery within VDMA (German Engineering Federation) represents the interests of the most important German manufacturers of machinery, plants and equipment in this branch.
As exhibitions are the most important platform for communication between manufacturers and their customers, the German Plastics and Rubber Machinery Association gives patronage to the most important international events.
At this year’s CHINAPLAS 95 German manufacturers of plastics and rubber machines and complete lines, moulds and dies as well as auxiliary and peripheral equipment will present on more than 2,600 sqm in hall 5.1 the range of products and services they offer to potential Chinese customers. The German association of plastics and rubber machinery – VDMA – will be located in hall 5, booth A11.
On the world market the German manufacturers rank among the most important suppliers of plastics and rubber machinery with a share of approximately 25 %.
11.04.2011 – Last year China was again the top sales market for plastics and rubber machinery ‘Made in Germany’. German exports rose by an impressive 64.4 per cent with deliveries of machinery totalling 587.2 million euro. “This growth more than made up for the slump the year before,” said Ulrich Reifenhäuser, Chairman of the VDMA Plastics and Rubber Machinery Association. “In terms of value, exports fell only slightly short of the 2004 record.”
